Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Imagine360 is currently seeking two Sr. QA Analysts to join the team! The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst is a critical role on the software development team responsible for ensuring the software quality released to our clients and stakeholders. This role reports directly to the QA Manager and is focused on owning and driving the test plan and execution on high profile initiatives. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping to build and improve quality processes and practices for the Quality Assurance Organization. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead testing of custom Salesforce and other applications that support internal business functions
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases in support of business requirements and technical designs
• Communicate status and issues in a concise and timely manner to project team and IT Leadership
• Quality Assurance metric capture and reporting
• Participate in departmental activities around process enhancements and strategy implementation
• Assist with second-level business application support - isolate issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions
• Assist with requirements elaboration and documentation where needed
• Contribute toward IT SOP and best practices documentation initiatives
• Serve as project manager for departmental projects as required

Required Experience / Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution
• 5+ years business experience as QA Lead
• Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with tools and processes related to test case management and quality measurement / reporting
• 2+ years with custom Salesforce environment
• Proven experience in developing creative solutions to software testing challenges
• 3+ years health care industry experience with exposure to claim data

Preferred:

• Experience with test automation inclusive of tools and processes
• Experience facilitating formal User Acceptance Testing
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience configuring and implementing enterprise applications such as ERP (SAP, Dynamics,) CRM (SalesForce.com), Document Management / Collaboration (SharePoint), and Business Intelligence (SSRS, Tableau)
