Data Analyst

Robert Half Technology is looking for an experienced data analyst with a strong SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, and data modeling background. Using your collaboration and data analysis skills, you will deliver effective analyses to internal teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes. This can be a fully remote, hybrid or onsite position!

What you get to do every single day

• Generate a database schema based on application related function and type of the data

• Apply analytic and statistical methodologies to produce insights

• Perform ad hoc analysis Create data transformations

• Ensure internal quality control of data imported and ongoing analysis of data integrity

• Identify and track primary and secondary KPIs.

• Ensure security and integrity of the database including scheduled backups

• Develop automated dashboards

• Use modern data wrangling tools and techniques to inspect and transform data

• Build innovative algorithms

What you bring to the role

• B.S degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related data driven field

• Experience with Python, R, or SAS is a plus

• Being familiar with data science techniques/ Machine Learning approaches is nice to have

• Strong SQL expertise. You can write a query to do almost anything

• Experience with SQL, Hadoop, Spark, etc..

• AWS or Azure exposure and warehousing systems like Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery is a plus.
