Call Center Specialist
Job Description
We are thriving in 2022 and seeking some superstars!! We are a multi-million dollar home improvement company, which grew 100% over the last year! We have TOO MANY LEADS & Design consultants, however not enough communication specialists/call centers representatives.
Our main objective daily is to SMILE & DIAL outbound to communicate with our consumers & qualify them for a demonstration with our Design Consultant, which you are paid off weekly in a bonus and an hourly rate depending on experience.
- Must have valid drivers licenses & 2nd form of identification
- Must have experience using a CRM
- Must have customer service experience
- Must be willing to work in office
Preferred experience in Home Improvement Call Center
HIGHLY COMPENSATED BASED ON PERFORMANCE
Hourly Paid & Paid Weekly + Bonus
Shifts Available: Full Time or Part Time Available Between 8am - 8pm
Performance: (measured on)
- Dials & Sets Daily
- Quality Appointments
- Conversion Rate: 30%
- Demo Rate: 85%
- Closing Rate: 30%
Shifts:
9-2pm Monday through Saturday
4-8pm Monday through Friday
Local: Toms River
