Insurance Sales agents will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products. Agents will receive in office support and training. Our training program offers hands on experience to help exceed your earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Phone, Appointment scheduling and Data entry.
- Explain insurance quotes and review all options available.
- Explain our referral program to help build your client base
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirements
- Must have an active General Lines Property and Casualty License in Texas OR
- Personal lines for property and casualty.
- Bilingual is preferred with the basic ability to speak Spanish
- Must be awesome overcoming objections.
- Clear background and Driver's license
