Call Center/Order Entry Clerk
Job Description
Ajilon is looking for a Call Center/Order Entry Clerk to join a fast pace, energetic company.
Responsibilities:
- High volume inbound calls
- Processing orders to be entered, cancelling orders
- Entering standard purchase orders
- Printing labels for the warehouse
- Processing direct import orders
- Scheduling and tracking all orders with future ship dates
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Data entry
- Product knowledge
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of call center/customer services experience
- Familiar with MS Office – Outlook, Word Excel, Google Suite – Maps & Docs
