Job Description

Ajilon is looking for a Call Center/Order Entry Clerk to join a fast pace, energetic company.

Responsibilities:

  • High volume inbound calls
  • Processing orders to be entered, cancelling orders
  • Entering standard purchase orders
  • Printing labels for the warehouse
  • Processing direct import orders
  • Scheduling and tracking all orders with future ship dates
  • Skills:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Data entry
  • Product knowledge
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of call center/customer services experience
  • Familiar with MS Office – Outlook, Word Excel, Google Suite – Maps & Docs
