Accounts Payable Specialist: Lawrenceville, GA - $40,000- $50,000

Accountants One is working with a multinational company in the packaging industry located in Lawrenceville, GA to find an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a stable company that provides excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform general AP and Administrative functions and other related duties as required.

Job Duties:

• Record and code invoices to the right GL accounts and Sales Rep and location
• Maintain Accounts Payable files
• Record credit card statements
• Monitor expense claims, and make sure that all colleagues submit expense claims on time
• Make sure order to cash process is up-to-date.
• Come up with ideas to eliminate inefficiencies and automate the process.

Requirements:

• At least two years of Accounts Payable experience
• Must be comfortable performing Accounts Payable and Administrative tasks
• ERP and expense reporting software experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
