During year end ensure financials are tax ready, and work with the CPA to finalize year end reports. Your responsibilities in this role
- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Appease accounts by balancing entries
- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
