Wallstreet Group, an Acrisure agency partner, is looking to expand our team with a motivated, team and detail oriented Personal Lines Insurance Manager that will grow to be an intricate part of our culture. The position is best suited for an individual seeking a long-term career in the Insurance Industry and who is looking to partner with a company who promotes personal and professional growth.
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will work with Producers, CSR’s, and Leadership to master the customer lifecycle to maintain and grow an assigned book of business. The right candidate must display an ability to manage and prioritize workload to accommodate the demands of the position and exceed expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules appointments with clients to ascertain their needs. Analyze present coverage and make recommendations accordingly
- Calculates and quotes with different companies to find the best company and fit for the client
- Provides policy services as required, payments, endorsements, cross-sell etc.
- Review audits of policies; verifies accuracy & process updates to policy when necessary
- Proper annotated documentation of all clients and/or internal communication
- Display ability to build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up with Client’s compliance for Loss Control recommendations
- Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status, according to agency procedures
- Approaches clients through a combination of methods including mail, phone solicitations, presentation to groups at gatherings and social media

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
- P&C insurance license, required
- Minimum 3+ years relevant Personal Lines experience, required
Technology Skills:
- Applied EPIC or similar agency management software experience, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook)
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision; able to accept direction on given assignments.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette, written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated superior presentation and relationship skills in this highly client interactive role.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong customer service skills.
