General Cleared Derivatives -- F&O/Cleared Swaps (OTC) -- industry knowledge
Detailed F&O/OTC exchange / product knowledge for global markets across all asset classes
Proven skills in delivering a professional face to our clients and taking ownership of issues through to closure
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across multiple functional units and seniority levels
Ability to identify process improvements
Strong communication skills
Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Strong time management skills
Strong PC & Industry application skills (e.g. GMI)

BA or BS degree is required; Accounting or Finance a plus 2-3 years
of experience in IB Operations including 1 year of Derivatives knowledge is required Prior experience or
knowledge of the following products a plus; credit default swaps, credit spread o

Client Facing/Middle office experience is required. Must be comfortable with taking ownership of client interaction and BAU tasks and operate relatively independently in a short time (2-3 weeks). This role also requires the ability to pivot between different types of work constantly in a fast paced environment. Must be able to manage relationships with operations teams and front office both internal and external.
Specific experience in cleared derivatives (OTC/F&O) Margin analysis and settlement highly preferred.
Ideal if prior experience was at a U.S. broker dealer / Futures Commissions Merchant (FCM).

Americas Cleared Margins Middle Office requires a motivated, experienced individual with proven client facing skills in the financial services industry to join a team which performs high-quality account margin management responsibilities for a number of key institutional relationships including asset managers, hedge funds and commodities traders in regards to their operational / post execution / strategic servicing requirements.
