Executive Director, Enterprise & Cloud Architecture

What you'll be doing

The Executive Director of Enterprise & Cloud Architecture is responsible for creating and leading TTEC's global technology strategy and design. In line with our multi-year roadmap, you will be a transformation agent modernizing a large global footprint into a cloud model effectively enabling cloud-native business solutions. This role will manage a team of architects, manage budgets, and partner with other leaders within key business and IT groups to deliver value across the organization.

On a typical day, you'll

  • Partner and guide application, infrastructure, and security teams to define, design, and deliver technical roadmaps and architecture patterns that enable the business while aligning with technical architecture, TTEC business plans, and long term strategy
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization in end-to-end cloud architecture, including AWS/Azure/GCP and future providers spanning all IT disciplines
  • Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services
  • Represent the enterprise architecture function at appropriate governance boards
  • Establish and implement a stakeholder management plan to maintain a continuous understanding of the enterprise to ensure the on-going architecture relevance to the business needs.
  • Build a high functioning architecture team providing a high level of partnership to the business and technology teams
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to fellow team members across business

Why you? What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 12 years' experience in designing large and complex IT operations in enterprise scale organizations
  • 5 years designing cloud transformations/modernization required, Azure or GCP is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with a group of high performing individuals
  • Analytical skills and creative thinking to align ambiguous and complex information in a way that leads to practical and actionable outcomes
  • Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, and release engineering tools
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in DevOps solution delivery and strategy

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $125,000-$214,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
