Director, Human Capital Management Applications

Join Silgans blue chip Business Technology Shared Services team as the Director of Human Capital Management Applications. The ideal candidate plays an integral role in the overall strategic management of Silgans Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) delivering quality services to support Silgans HR business objectives through the management of IT staff and third-party vendors to support all divisions of Silgan. The ideal Director of Human Capital Management Applications candidate drives results and is a highly motivated and passionate IT professional with a proven history of delivering high-quality HCM Solutions with direct experience in Workday and Dimensions software. You will have a demonstrated ability to think and act globally, lead, and collaborate effectively on a cross-functional, multi-service basis to maximize the achievement of best practices and continuous improvement processes/practices.

Workday and Dimensions Implementations and ongoing support

• Two integral parts of this landscape are Workday and UKG Workforce Dimensions.

• You will serve as the Workday and Dimensions leader in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction, integration design & management, and security administration.

  Project Management

• You will provide leadership to all divisions on best practices and project planning and management of new implementations.

  Delivery Service Leadership

• You will work across the enterprise to identify and drive the successful delivery of systems and process solutions to improve the efficiency of the business operations leveraging Workday and Dimensions

  What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• 8+ years' experience in IT and Service Delivery Management

• 3+ years of Workday configuration, integrations, and maintenance (EIBs, XSLT, XML, XPATH, Web Services, .Net or Java, Cloud Connect, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields)

• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

• The ability to travel to participate in governance meetings as needed and interact with the Workday team which comprises members from each of the business units leveraging Workday
