Reporting to the Director of Compensation, we are currently seeking a Compensation Manager within the Total Rewards team. As a key member of the team, this role will be responsible for managing the administration of the Global Retention Bonus Program, supporting global compensation broad based programs and compensation harmonisation projects.
The role will entail providing advanced compensation technical expertise to the Global Total Rewards team. Activities are associated with the design, delivery, and implementation of Compensation programs in support of the business strategies.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Global Retention Bonus Program management and administration of the program, working with the Integration Management Office (IMO), Total Rewards, P&C Partners, Finance, Global Services, and Legal teams
- Act as the Compensation escalation point of contact for all activities related to the Retention Bonus Policy from IMO, Total Rewards, P&C Partners, Finance and Global Services
- Support and conduct global compensation analysis as needed for both BAU and compensation integration activities
- Supporting the Director of Compensation on other ad hoc projects and assignments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of Compensation or Finance or related business experience
- Experience of broad-based programs and strong technical ability
- Experience of post acquisitions and compensation harmonisation work
- Excellent project management, experience of managing and leading projects
- Able to work independently in managing workload, timelines and in approach to work, providing a high level of prompt and effective customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, experience working with HRIM systems (Success Factors preferred), and compensation management software application is a must.
- Ability to assess processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks.
- Effectively manages sensitive, confidential issues.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred

3. Broad based HR skill set with a focus on Bonus Plans
4. Stakeholder Management/ management experience
5. Experience Working with the Global workforce
6. 6+ years of Compensation or Finance or related business experience
7. Experience of post acquisitions and compensation harmonisation work
8. Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required.
9. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, experience working with HRIM systems (Success Factors preferred), and compensation management software application is a must.
