We are looking for: * Smart people with a passion for technology * Ability to solve challenging business problems * Self-directed professionals * Hunger to continually learn and grow Responsibilities: * Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems * Monitor and manage system resources, including allocation, utilization, and performance measures to maintain operating efficiency * Perform or assist and mentor in troubleshooting and diagnosing production problems and correcting as needed * Performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts * Works directly with Cloud and Software teams to address technical challenges at the platform level * Manage Operations Kanban to ensure all issues are captured, assigned, and responses are within established SLAs Requirements: * Bachelor's (BS) Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other closely related discipline and 5 years of experience along with relevant certifications. 5 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. * Must meet IAT-II requirements as specified in DoD 8570.01-M (CCNA, Sec +, etc.) * Active Secret clearance This job posting sets forth the authorities and responsibilities of this position, which may be changed from time to time as shall be determined.
