Part Time Customer Service Representative

A-1 Locksmith has been servicing the DFW area since 1949. We've grown into one of the nation's leading locksmith companies, while remaining family owned and operated. We're looking to add to our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Answer phones in a timely and consistent manner
• Address customer needs and concerns with respect and empathy
• Transfer calls when necessary

• Manage email inboxes and online chat support
• Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of product information and pricing
• Communicate with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians
• Provide the highest quality of customer service to our customers

What you’ll need:

• Availability to work 4-8pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays 8-5pm
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
• A professional composure regardless of circumstances
• Eagerness to learn
• Spanish a plus but not required
