Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the software team to design and develop high quality tested software
• Follow industry best practices to lead the design and development of high quality software and be focused on improving performance across a fleet of deployed robots
• Work closely with other teams to ensure cohesive design and development practices

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of (3+ years of experience) designing and developing software
• 4+ years development experience with C++
• Proficient in Python
• Strong communication skills
• Experience developing software on Linux

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ROS
• Experience developing software for mobile platforms
