The Sr. Product Manager contributes to the success of naviHealth by driving technology product vision and execution, while tracking overall market and competitive dynamics. The position acts as an intermediary between customers, internal stakeholders, end users, and engineeringother cross functional partners; advocating for the product internally. The Sr. Product Manager will use technology to help solve significant business problems by defining product level value statements / hypotheses, identifying customer needs, testing these with end users, and incorporating feedback into the product. They also manage the long-term product road map getting input from internal stakeholders and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution across all phases of the product life cycle
  • Understand naviHealth’s business and how the product can be enhanced to better support long term growth
  • Define and test key hypotheses and associated product features with customers that will be addressed by significant product investments
  • Collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right feature set and value
  • Clearly communicate product ideas, value statements, and business justification across all levels of the organization
  • Convey high level business value and features to cross functional teams and operational leadership for development execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in product management or program management in a population health, care management or care delivery setting
  • Up to 10% travel as needed

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
