Luxury Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We’re rapidly expanding and we’re looking for a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business. Compensation:

$75,000 - $115,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
  • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of real estate sales experience
  • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
