igital Forensics Corp., a national industry leader in the exciting field of digital forensics, is currently hiring full-time Social Media Specialist for Cleveland, Ohio location.
DFC works with corporations, attorneys, private investigators, and individuals to uncover digital evidence to support civil, criminal and business investigations. Due to growth, a need has been created for additional Social Media Specialist . You will be working in a team of forensic and eDiscovery experts to maintain Advanced Discovery’s high standards in the area of eDiscovery document handling and processing.
You will be expected to:

  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to acquire data for project processing, delivery and analysis.
  • Work closely with the Forensic Team, and Consultants to provide sound forensic analysis, up to, and including producing witness statements or court evidence.
  • Maintain accurate notes relating to the acquisition, processing and delivery of data in accordance with our robust QA procedures.

Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Strong writing and editing skills. Demonstrated ability to write expressive, engaging, and clean content for communications collaterals, including blog posts, bylined articles, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
  • Experience leading online community management. Daily management of all social media feeds (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Following a strict procedural code to document and preserve physical evidence to send to a forensic lab for analysis
  • Investigation of various cyber crimes
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
