Lead Support Coach

Job Summary:

The Lead Job Coach, Production is a flexible and innovative thinker. You will provide coaching and support to our persons served within our production facilities located in either Minnetonka or Plymouth. You will back up and support our other Lead Job Coaches when they are out sick or on vacation.

• Wage: $17.00 per hour


• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

How will you make a difference?

• You will organize & stage our workstations with our products.


• You will learn and run all of our equipment at our sites


• Train and onboard our new Job Coaches


• Inspect quality of our finish products on a daily basis


• Document our production counts and the attendance of our people served in our systems.


• Train and coach our people served on how to assemble our kits


• We will train you to be a certified forklift driver!

What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?

• High school degree or GED is required


• Valid driver’s license and proof of valid motor vehicle insurance is required


• Minimum of one year of production/manufacturing experience.


• Computer experience with MS Office and other CRM systems.
