Position Details

• We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer who possesses the following exceptional skills and attributes:
• Organized in preventative maintenance tracking
• Skilled in most trades, not required to be expert in any
• Leads by example
• Creates energy by being upbeat, fun loving, and engaging
• Fosters a culture of engagement at every level,
• Embodies and creates a spirit of making work a lifestyle rather than "just a job"

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Previous Hotel Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer experience of at least 2 years is REQUIRED
• Ideal candidate experience range of 5 - 7 years in this role, Preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification, PREFERRED
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification Required to be obtained (company will provide assistance) within first 60 days of employment
• Previous Marriott experience is Strongly PREFERRED
