Parts Specialist

* Responsible for maintaining knowledge of and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors

* Ensure customers are aware of our full product line as well as any product promotions

* Responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the sales and profits in your store

* Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives

* Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates

* Follow up, verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction

* Keep showroom stocked and orderly

* Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas

* All other duties as assigned

* 2+ years' experience in HVAC sales or other pertinent HVAC experience

* Excellent customer service skills

* Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired

* A willingness to learn is a must have

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Must be team-oriented

* Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience
