We are seeking an enthusiastic Project-Program Manager with expertise and a technical foundation. This key resource will help manage the Customer Transformation team’s workload portfolio using Rally and develop metrics reporting to identify improvement opportunities. This role is instrumental in the communication of Customer Transformation services to peers and senior leadership across the organization.

If you are located within East Coast or CST, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet customer and project objectives during engagements by providing guidance in the navigation of the Enterprise Enablement & Platform Services organization, processes and technologies
  • Predict, understand, and document team needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
  • Support management of team workload portfolio, resources, metrics reporting and delivery commitments
  • Delegate, integrate activities, and resolve conflicts
  • Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Interact with and report regularly to the Business Operations & Strategy Enablement project sponsors and senior technology leadership
  • Influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches when appropriate
  • Provide guidance in steering initiatives toward defined standard infrastructure solutions, platforms and best practices
    • Cloud deployments
    • Customer Enablement groups
    • Self Service Implementations
    • Integration Architects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years as an IT Project (or IT Program) Management experience integrating multiple business areas or systems
  • 3+ years of Technology-based Project Delivery experience at a Fortune 200 company
  • 3+ years with proven experience leading multiple, concurrent IT initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
  • High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management

Selected candidates must be willing to work core Central time zone business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience across multiple information systems disciplines demonstrating strong technical acumen and infrastructure technology experience
  • Experience with various enterprise communications methods and tools
  • Solid planning skills including experience in successfully leading major projects and programs with use of and adherence to structured methodologies
  • Work with a sense of urgency and ability to use considerable judgment to determine solutions, necessary escalations and to seek guidance on complex problems
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, analytical ability, and problem analysis techniques
  • Desire to further develop working knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressured environment
  • Ability to develop and provide cross-organizational presentations to peers and senior leadership
