Our office is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.
Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. Great opportunity to grow. Property and Casualty individuals can earn up to 60k the first year with optional participating health insurance. Qualify individual we offer a $1500.00 sign up Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Customer service; answering basic questions, taking payments, correctly filling and taking accurate customers and company messages.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
- Must have good spelling and penmanship
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Some sales background
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold star
