We are looking for Client Specialists/Retail Sales Consultants to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our growing dealership. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out! You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions based on the customers needs. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our dealership satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

No sales experience? Not to worry! We provide a 90-day Sales Training Program with a Guaranteed Salary while training! Then, our teammates enjoy a lucrative pay plan (draw + commission/bonus) that is sure to lap the competition. PLUS, employer-paid healthcare!

Up to $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS for experienced import and/or luxury automotive sales candidates and up to $2500 for non-experienced candidates

What our Client Specialists/Retail Sales Consultants do:

  • Meet dealership sales goals.
  • Greet customers and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on demonstration drive.
  • Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
