SUMMARY
At D&W Agency, we are one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in Spring, Champions, Kingwood, Katy, and near NRG stadium/downtown. We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.
We are looking for driven, focused, team oriented Customer Service Representatives to help expand our fun and fast-paced team.
This is NOT a fully remote opportunity. We provide laptops and have some flexibility with working from home but require at least some time in office.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales (primarily cross-selling but new business is encouraged)
- Policy changes and reviews
- Cancellation follow-ups
- Review property inspection results
- Providing excellent customer service by processing payments
- Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies
- Uncover needs for life insurance, commercial insurance, and small business benefits cases.
- Follow up with existing customers for new business referrals
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained before start
- Customer Service and Sales experience is required
- Insurance experience is highly preferred
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
