Corporate Beverage Manager

Mr. Hospitality is a fully integrated hospitality management group that conceptualizes, owns and operates restaurants and five-star nightlife destinations in Miami. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Beverage Manager who must be resourceful in being able to outsource from different suppliers and must network effectively to establish partnerships with brands. The position requires an experienced beverage manager who is familiar with the Miami fine dining and nightlife industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing all beverage programs of the dining and drinking establishments, from planning to execution on a daily basis.

The responsibilities include:

• Promote and support inventory control, costs controls, mix of sales analysis, and periodic inventory as per Mr. Hospitality Standards.
• Managing inventory through purchasing, invoicing and supply relations.
• Eliminate adjustment in the beverage department on P&L
• Interprets profit and loss statement and understand its implications to inform of educated and proven decision-making and in alignment with the company's goals
• Implements agreed upon cost containment strategies in alignment and with company strategies and involving GMs and DOO
• Negotiates with vendors and organizes sponsorships.
• Support and follow standard Mr. H training program for new hires.
• Implements hands-on training to educate team members about all areas of bar and beverage service.
• Addresses issues with team members by following company's disciplinary action procedure
• Monitors timecards daily to avoid overtime and gets approval for over time if needed prior to shift(s)
• Appropriately resolving customer requests, problems and complaints.
• Master in house used software such as Craftable/Beverage system
• Ensure compliance with all federal and State laws.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands-on management.
• Ensure that staff must have up to date Serve Safe training.
• Enforces Drug and Alcohol-Free work environment
• Display professionalism and leadership throughout all areas and at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive beverage and industry knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience in the luxury Food and Beverage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel, POS software and Inventory Program
• Demonstrate adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
• Leads and contributes to teams towards completion of goals
• Identifies top talent and develops the team to be on the cutting edge of Miami nightlife and entertainment
• Must have exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
• Exhibits a professional demeanor
