Sales Manager - Ecommerce & Retail

Zuri is a growing retailer of modern furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.

The Sales Manager role is a critical position based out of our Dallas area showrooms. Sales Managers are responsible for managing a team of salespeople to exceed sales goals and consistently provide a high level of customer experience.

YOU WILL:

• Lead our in-store and ecommerce design teams, as well as our two retail locations.
• Lead, model, and coach to a high level of customer experience by acting as Manager on Duty.
• Train and develop selling skills, product knowledge, and operational accuracy to ensure the success of the sales/design team.
• Track team performance and customer communication, while continually providing timely and specific feedback about the sales process.
• Actively partner with customer service, warehouse, and other teams.
• Solve customer issues in real time.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Management experience in a related field
• Strong ability to learn new software and systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in implementing process changes
• Willingness to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
