Network Administrator (AAE) with Security Clearance
The Network Administrator will install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems. Responsibilities: * Work closely with other network professionals and IT personnel to update cyber security measures, install hardware or software devices and troubleshoot problems * Ensure that the organizational network aligns with mission goals and objectives * Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance
* Perform system backups and recovery
* Perform periodic maintenance, hardware upgrades, and replacement, firmware updates and system configuration changes
* Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
* Able to collaboratively work with adjunct organizations that also work closely to develop/tailor thenetwork environment
* Regularly review and reset priorities to address the client mission and high priority initiatives
* Attend planning and requirements meetings with IT staff, program manager and customers as required
* Build and maintain relationships with other groups is necessary to accomplish client objectives
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members
* Oversee employee training presentationsand create instruction manuals for employees to navigate company networks Requirements: * Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility * CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ or equivalents
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a computer related discipline with a concentration in networking
* At least eight (8) years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree may be used towards experience)
* Ability to problem solve and think critically
* Attention to detail, good communication skills, good project management skills * Possess knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols Preferred: * Military and/or government experience * ITIL certification
