Overview of the Cash Applications Specialist role:

• Apply cash
• Lockbox payments
• Data entry
• Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with customer billings, collections, weekly correspondence with selected customers

Preferred Qualifications of the Cash Applications Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Effectively communicate with others
• Work well in a team environment
• MS Excel - Pivot Tables, Vlookups
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Organized, energetic, accurate and detail oriented
