The AWS Partner Organization - AWS global alliance team for IBM software is focused on bring IBM software onto AWS for customers. To meet the growing demand of the AWS and IBM business, we are looking for a highly energized, organized strategic thinker, planning and operations Program Manager to help the team lead the business with IBM. This role is key to supporting our strategic goals with IBM. you will be responsible for improving strategic initiatives, increasing pipeline, engaging in customer opportunities, you will develop a deep understanding of the AWS & IBM business to help refine programs to support our go-to-market strategy. You will manage IBM's utilization on AWS programs and report business KPIs, provide strategic direction and become an expert resource on partner processes, allocation, guidelines and executive stakeholder alignment. In your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to other high impact initiatives that help drive pipeline growth and revenue for the business.
Key job responsibilities
Develop strategic initiative for partnership growth
Define, develop, and build business critical metrics and reports across all business levers, key performance indicators, and financials.
Own operational reporting to ensure we can effectively measure impact and satisfaction across programs, customer pipeline, KPI's, and other initiatives.
Drive efforts with business leaders, regional leaders and executive management across our organizations.
Own key executive reports and metrics that are consumed by our executive leadership team and partner organization.
Provide thought leadership in global business deep dives across a variety of key performance indicators.
Partner with engineering, product, business and finance teams to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement.
Proactively manage customer pipeline global to ensure accuracy.
Automate reporting for regular metrics, and identify areas of opportunity to automate.
Participate in executive meetings, analysis feedback and action items for the team into briefing documents.
A day in the life
You will regularly engage with the AWS & IBM alliances teams on strategic initiatives, customer account teams and business leaders to manage critical operational processes that ensure alignment to highest priority initiatives and progression towards our future state vision.
You will manage organizational governance mechanisms to support communication, alignment and collaboration, track programs and initiatives, and manage our budget process.
You will create clear visibility to enablement program tracking and launch dates and enablement programs delivery for our alliance team and our key stakeholder groups.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in program or project management
MBA
Experience in developing strategic growth programs with partners
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize large workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep-dive understanding of key data
Excellent written communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
