Encompass Inc in Vancouver, WA is looking for team members to join our strong team. We are located in Fisher’s Landing on 18110 Se 34th St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Shift is Monday through Friday 4-11 NO WEEKENDS! Must have a valid license! Start time adjustable for right fit! Willing to train you today! Required you must enjoy cleaning!

We are currently offering 15+ hours per week! We start all our new hires with a 90-day trial period with compensation starting at $15.50 per hour based on experience. Then after the trial time compensation will be reevaluated. Room for Growth in company! Who we are looking for is someone who would love to be a part of something bigger, who would care about the people they work with and are serving and be excited about the excellence that we provide our clients.

We are located on 18110 Se 34th St Suite 330, all work in Washington. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place

Qualifications

• Previous experience a plus but not required
• Ability to handle all cleaning equipment
• Ability to work well with limited supervision
• Enjoy routine

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.50 - $16.00/hour.
