The Director of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting will ideally have expertise from a Top 10 CPA Firm working with publicly traded clients and familiar with anything related to SEC Regulatory & US GAAP Compliance (10K's, 10Q's, & 8K's). You will be familiar with preparing Financial Statements and presenting to leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR FINANCIAL REPORTING & TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING:

• Act as the "Go-To" for anything relating to SEC - 10K's, 10Q's
• Coach, Mentor, & Train your team (today - 1 Direct Report). Opportunity to build your team!
• Prepare US GAAP & SEC Financial Statements as needed
• Manage & assist with any technical related accounting research for any new or upcoming Accounting standard updates
• Manage & assist with any Month-End Close & Financial Reporting related duties.
• Provide Ad-Hoc support to Executive Leadership and Board of Directors

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR FINANCIAL REPORTING & TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance a related field from a four-year college or university; MBA
• BIG4 and/or Public Accounting background
• 10+ Years Experience
• CPA
• Large ERP experience - NetSuite, SAP among others
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
