• Client Health Business Operations, Program Manager - Partnership Enablement

Area Description

• The Partnerships Enablement team is responsible for empowering the Content Partnerships team to deliver the best services and solutions for our partners on Client.
• Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout Client to address our creators and users most pressing needs to be successful on Client.

Role Description

• As a Client Health Biz Ops Program Manager, you will execute multiple projects across different areas of focus in one of Client's highest priority initiatives.

Projects + Responsibilities

• Global Health Fund Tracking: Manage and track progress (and impact) of our 2021/2022 global Health Content Fund ($XM across X markets)
• Health Content Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis and drive insights on content performance from our globally managed, authoritative health partners and our broader authoritative health content corpora
• Health Working Group: Support in the planning and execution of virtual Working Groups into the Client plan for major health launches, as a pre-launch tactic to pressure test our messaging and positioning among key stakeholders.
• Broad operations support: Ensure global alignment across OKRs, partner portfolio, and budget execution

Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
- 4+ years of experience in an analytically intensive role and proven ability to translate data into compelling and persuasive visualize insights and recommendations
- 4+ years relevant program management leading complex cross-functional initiatives, creating operational efficiencies, and developing processes with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Adapt easily, efficiently and evolve with changing priorities, directions, and projects
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with managing compressed timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to communicate visually and verbally and enjoys in a team environment

Desired
- Experience with SQL querying
