Behavioral Health Consultant - Hybrid Schedule!
A national healthcare system in the Baltimore Area is seeking to hire a full-time and permanent Behavioral Health Consultant to join their team as the program has significantly increased in patient census.

- Care/Disease Management
- Transportation door to door
- In house pharmacy
- Diagnostic testing
- IV and infusion treatment
- Social Services
- Addiction treatment services
- Psychologist & Psychiatrist services
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As the Behavioral Health Consultant, you’ll focus on providing individual and group counseling, comprehensive assessments, and crisis interventions for patients with multiple chronic medical conditions, as well as providing advice and support to the multidisciplinary team about behavioral health perspectives, to assist in improving patient care.
- You will take a trauma informed care approach with patients with an emphasis on harm reduction and motivational interviewing to elicit behavioral change
- You will serve as the subject matter expert in behavioral health to the multi-disciplinary team
- Make referrals for behavioral health levels of care such as ACT, IOP, PHP, residential treatment or inpatient services
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Days - no nights, holidays or weekends!
- Hybrid style schedule – 3 days in office & 2 days remote
Salary Range: $70,000 to $79,000

Qualifications:
- Clinical Licensure Required (LCSW-C, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, PhD, PsyD)
- 3+ years’ experience with patients who have multiple chronic medical conditions, and acute/chronic behavioral health needs
