Today, we’re ready to add another Digital Analytics Manager to our team.

Our new Digital Analytics Manager will serve as a data analyst and measurement specialist, managing projects and deliverables, and helping turn data into actionable business decisions for our clients.. You’ll serve as both the client’s representative to our internal team and as the face of Silverback Strategies in some client interactions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Implement Google Analytics & ad platform tracking (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) using Google Tag Manager to accurately reflect value of Silverback’s services
• Build cross-platform dashboards & reporting views to display campaign performance
• Leverage on-and-offline tools to carry out analysis and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
• Execute and analyze website User Experience (UX) testing to improve website performance
• Monitor industry best practices and new products to keep the agency up to date on the latest trends
• Analyze datasets to find the root cause of performance fluctuations
• Feed insights to other teams to help them create impactful user experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-2+ years of experience using web analytics & tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager
• Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms
• Basic understanding of JavaScript & HTML is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to deliver under tight deadlines
• The personal discipline to manage and develop campaigns for clients
• Genuine curiosity that will guide the research to inform your technical work
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• The ability to work solo and with a team as needed
• The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits
• Comfort with constant personal and professional growth
• Familiarity with the legal constraints of CCPA and GDPR are a plus
