POSITION PROFILE.

This position requires the solution technology level skills to work independently as a product/services solution specialist in servicing and/or training on certain business support work area needs/offerings. Also include new business and other various support as a developed or assigned.

JOBS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Performs product specialist skill services including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and tuning as assigned in their area of responsibility expertise.
• Performs full range of product repair, customer training, equipment and work flow observation, engages in problem solving sharing solutions to improve methods.
• proactively seeks volume building opportunities that result in increasing utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies and services.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

Typically:

• Requires high level technical skills typically gained through completion of technical school and 3+ years of related experience including a minimum of 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
• Requires 1 Industry Certification and sustained (at least 2 years) of meets or exceeds performance level.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.
