The Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) Front Line Monitoring (FLM) team is responsible for monitoring regulatory and operational risk activities within Consumer and Small Business Banking. Within the FLM team, the FLM Business Intelligence Team is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of reports and dashboards that enable and inform front line risk owners and First Line of Defense partners to understand their risk management effectiveness across a number of active risk and measurement platforms.
We are searching for a talented, Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to develop, enhance, and implement data solutions to support automated detection, reporting, and analytics. The consultant will build a strong foundation of automated processes to consolidate information across detection channels, alert history, customers, team members and branches, enabling effective monitoring of point of sale risks, and enabling robust risk reporting and analytics. Included in this will be the development of automated data transfer solutions, working collaboratively with our business partners, and data management. This position will be the primary lead for the automation portfolio and responsible for partnering with and directing junior resources dedicated to the portfolio.

In this role, you will:
- Advance the organization's capabilities by leading initiatives geared toward more efficient and capable platforms and/or techniques
- Identify and lead opportunities to streamline data sourcing, manipulation, trending, and output for automated report delivery.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
- Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the organization
- Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor within the leadership team.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action
- Mentor junior team members in development strategy and techniques
- 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of experience using SQL within a variety of database sources such as SAS, Oracle, or Teradata
- 4+ years of SAS programming experience to collect, transform and deliver ETL/reporting
- Experience authoring Python scripts to move, manipulate or engage with data between various platforms/databases
- Experience self-authoring automation of SAS/Python programs via Unix
- Experience developing business intelligence solutions or data analytics applications using Tableau.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
