Maintenance Technician

Somerton Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the general maintenance of the facility and supervisory capacity of the maintenance team.

Day Shift Position

Every other weekend, overtime and on call might is required.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment (washers, dryers)
• Setup and adjust TVs
• Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits
• Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers’ packings, and drain lines
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
• General Painting
• Other related duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance experience is required; healthcare experience is highly desirable
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
