With over 15 years in the industry, we have serviced thousands of accounts including hospitals, staffing agencies, drug treatment centers and much more. Our sister company, Background Screeners of America® (BSA) along with our Nationwide Network of Consultants delivers a single source solution to assist companies in making wise, informed hiring decisions. As the Account Executive, you are responsible for building business success by identifying, qualifying and selling our background screening solutions to prospective buyers. This individual will execute against a sales growth strategy that delivers value to the market and for our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively coordinate and schedule new business calls and meetings with potential clients for the sales team from those initial outreach calls and emails.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their background screening solutions using our product.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support.
  • Build a strong sales team, provide guidance, coaching and build proper processes with recommended resources to make our sales efforts as productive and efficient.
  • Empower and enable sales team to achieve their goals and unleash their potential.
  • Create new ideas to improve processes, analyze sales options, and provide ongoing insight to management.
  • Stay informed and up to date on current offerings, products and add on features.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in business-to-business sales
  • BA/BS preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills
    • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • CRA & CRM Experience Required
  • Consultative Sales Approach
  • Ability to provide strong data-driven analysis and insights
  • Good presentation skills, ability to speak to large groups and perform in-person sales presentations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in building an effective team
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • FCRA & DOT/FAA Drug Screening knowledge – ongoing compliance education
