We are looking for an HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team, someone with residential annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry. Company paid hands-on training including NATE Certifications, and dealer training for equipment we install and service.

Job Title: HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician
Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Scale: up to $25.75 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Position Summary: To provide service & maintenance on residential and/or light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Develop and improve personal skills to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. Consistently provide high-end customer service to our clients by discussing and understanding the importance of Planned Service as well as System Enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 1 year of HVAC experience
- EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
- Preventative maintenance and tune up experience
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment.
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Obtain service base NATE Certifications Company schedule & paid
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
