Business Operations Coordinator
Our Business Operations department in New Orleans, LA is growing and were searching for motivated, dynamic individuals to become part of our Business Operations team!
Essential Job Functions:
- Display leadership values by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales sites
- Be the face and heart of our business through your interactions
- Display organizational skills including accurate data entry.
- Be involved in daily core operational tasks including inventory management, tour flow coordination, and contract generation
- Be the voice of our team through your communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Be a key contact for the dynamic Sales and Business Operations Teams by ensuring the accurate recording of information in relation to guest flow, booking numbers and team details
- Provide additional administrative support to internal departments
- Update and maintain sales and marketing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales center.
- Detailed and thorough when working independently or within a team.
- Timeshare, retail, hospitality or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer experience including MS Office (Word & Excel) and Salesforce Preferred.
- Full availability required to work weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent
