Market Research Assistant (Part-Time - 2nd shift)

Celerion is currently seeking a Part-Time Market Research Assistant at our Glen Allen, VA location. Our Glen Allen location focuses on consumer opinion studies related to nicotine and tobacco products.

This position is Part-time and will work up to 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates with the flexibility to work between the hours of 4:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday based on business needs. Occasional morning and weekend shifts are a possibility.

As a Market Research Assistant, you will be responsible for preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations. Duties include entering and updating study information into computer systems, collecting and organizing panelist's paperwork and documentation, and developing positive participant communications and relationships.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with great customer service and administrative skills. Consumer / market research experience is preferred. Ability to work in required work environment, including but not limited to exposure to second hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis.

According to the Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B, employees must be 21 years of age to work around tobacco products.
