Entry Level Customer Service / Team Lead

What the Job Entails:

  • Daily face to face customer service interactions

  • Weekly goal setting and developing best practices in marketing and communications

  • Learning Client product knowledge and presenting it to customers

  • Working with a collaborative team

  • Participating in weekly training workshops

What We're Looking For:

  • Goal-oriented

  • Self starter

  • Strong communicator

  • Generally positive

  • Coachable / Teachable
  • Bilingual/Spanish Speaker is preferred
