ITTConnect is seeking an IT Sales Executive for a Direct Hire position with a client that is a major IT Consulting firm with HQ in Europe, offices in 15 countries and over 7k employees. Their strength is tailored Applications Services to Banks, Insurance and Industry clients.

Job Description


A Sales Executive determines internal sales agreements and conditions, supervising sales management, seeking for new businesses, following the market, pricing policy and following high-level business negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing professional relationships with contacts in prospects/clients, with the objective of generating presentations meetings.Analyzing prospects/clients issues in order to clearly identify requirements and shape existing offerings accordingly.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
  • Supporting or leading end to end sales processes, orchestrating and working collaboratively with other areas of the client in order to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiating and influencing decision making within prospects/clients base in order to hit financial targets and contribute to the overall performance of the client.
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics.
  • May take on the role of Account Manager, responsible for managing the client relationship and project profitability (P&L), ensuring all decisions made are in line with commercial requirements.


Requirements
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree, or a similar qualification. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working with business development in the IT Services and/or Consultant companies.
  • Experience in selling IT services and solutions to Asset Management companies, as well as their portfolio of invested companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
  • Ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
