Job Description
Big Bear Lawn Care is a fully Insured and licensed LLC specializing in Commercial, HOA, and Acreages. We can take care of all your lawn maintenance needs from mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting services to large field mowing.
I managed resturants for 16 years, and owned my lawn care business for 9 years. We do everything we can to ensure our employees time here is as enjoyable as possible. We keep snacks and water on hand, keep the air conditioning running in all of our trucks, and have well maintained equipment.
We are currently taking applications for Lawn Care crew positions. We are looking for hard-working, dependable people who are looking to grow with our company. Must enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
Pay starts at $14 per hour and goes up depending on Position, experience, and work history. As a company we are more then willing to pay what employees are worth.
Employees seeking year round work will be given the opportunity to do leaf cleanups, snow work, and perform odd jobs during the winter months.
Requirements:
- We prefer people with prior commercial experience
- Familiar with and know how to use all equipment including trimmers, edgers, stand on mowers, zero turns, and push mowers.
- 2 year experience preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
