About This Job


The main purpose of this job is to proactively pursue pre-qualifying referrals with a pipeline goal and closed business goal.


Essential Functions

  • Guide more complex client investment conversations around risk tolerance, growth objectives, and estate/retirement planning

  • Ensure the client transition with members of the account team is seamless

  • Perform fiduciary responsibilities, such as: annual reviews, account fit assessments, etc.

  • Mentor and train team members as necessary

  • Build continuous relationships with assigned client portfolio and effectively deliver the Premier customer service GUEST model

  • Customize and build an account team around the needs of each client situation and provide consistent communication to all stakeholders

  • Utilize business leads to cultivate relationships, broaden knowledge of client and further business objectives

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Strong understanding of banking policies and procedures

  • Intermediate knowledge of investment acumen

  • Proven track record of steady referrals to partners and higher pull-through rate to sales

  • Ability to independently navigate non-complex escalations and notifications as necessary

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years retail banking and/or financial services experience required
