Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Tracy, CA, CA (must be willing to frequently travel throughout Northern CA)

Hours: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $30-$35, Dependent upon experience

What We Do: ACES is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted with autism and other developmental disorders. We provide comprehensive ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities throughout the Western United States.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair commercial building fixtures, furnishings and systems
• Install, repair, maintain and adjust commercial electrical systems
• Drywall patch, repair, texture and painting of interior office spaces
• Assemble and install office furniture
• Monitor and maintain all office locations for safety related issues and repair them
• Monitor and maintain all office locations for cosmetic related issues and resolve them
• This position has on-call responsibilities, including during natural disasters or inclement weather and many times requires work to be performed after clinic hours which includes evenings and weekends

What We're Looking For:

• Must be willing to travel to and from all of ACES Northern California Clinics
• Move/Lift up to 100lbs as well as the ability to move large pieces of furniture independently
• General knowledge of standard, acceptable building practices
• Independent thinker who has the ability to balance Clinical services requests against budget, time, and scheduling constraints
