Sales / RevOps Manager

We are searching for a Sales & Revenue Operations Manager who is excited by the prospect of working at the bleeding edge of high tech in a rapidly growing scale-up. We've recently raised our Series A round from leading US investor Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), alongside Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and supply chain-focused fund Dynamo Ventures (Sennder, Stord).
As the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive Vector's goals by aligning our revenue teams to the go-to-market strategy and ensuring efficiency through people, process, technology, and data across the complete customer lifecycle. Day-to-day you will:
- Support the sales team using sales cycle in Hubspot with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas from top of funnel to close
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Create monthly content to contribute to executive presentations
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the internal sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management via direct sales and channel partners.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes to coordinate with Vector CS
- Managing and maintaining sales data in Hubspot and other sales and marketing software programs
- Providing models and organizing statistical studies, customer surveys and case studies for the Sales Department and communicate to PR and marketing colleagues
- Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization, as well as hand-off/discovery processes from SDR to Account Executives to CS Implementation/Onboarding
- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
- Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection and preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations
- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
- Assisting with the development of Vector Enterprise Partner onboarding processes
- Coordinate marketing efforts of channel partners and Vector marketing department for the timely dissemination of partner success stories, PR and press
We specifically want someone who is:
- A self-starter with a 'builder' mentality that flourishes in a fast pace, startup environment
- 5 years of experience in sales operations / rev ops as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications and email marketing strategies.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing or technology preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Logistics and/or SaaS markets a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders
