Our busy office is looking to hire and train the right individual to fit into our agency. We are currently seeking a part-time position as a customer service associate. You will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Bring your skills as a customer service associate to our agency!

• Base Salary with bonus opportunities
• Weekends off
• No evening hours

Complete tasks assigned by

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Complete training modules as assigned by agency

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
