Electrical Systems Integration / Test Engineer Senior with Security Clearance

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Integration/Test Engineer to technically support electrical test and integration early planning activities for bus, payload GSE, and operational product development. Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Support Design for X (DfX) activities to support ATLO including testability and producibility.
• Support high production planning efforts. Plan and implement systems for high volume production of spacecraft.
• Assist with Development & integration of SV level electrical simulator
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable processes and standards, including CIPS (common integrated process solutions). Also responsible for determining which processes require exceptions and providing rationale on why alternate processes are acceptable.
• Independently author test plans & procedures compliant with the common processes within ATLO
• The ideal candidate would have a strong background in space vehicle integration and testing. Benefits of Employment:

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and test equipment.
• Experience with electrical test equipment, electrical ground support equipment (EGSE), spacecraft simulators, or similar equipment
• Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Previous ATLO, Manufacturing, or Production Line Experience and willingness to work overtime & travel, supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Test Engineer (TE) and/or Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
• Experience in a firm fixed priced, schedule driven production environment
• Experience in a test and requirements verification environment
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
• Excellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
